User Interface Enhancements
Do you hate the touchpad on your laptop? Check out our list of devices to make your computing experience better.

Item 10 Brando USB Missile Launcher: Defend your valuable cube real estate with this USB foam missile launcher. No batteries are required and it fires three missiles up to twenty feet. It even has great sound effects or you can download your own. You know you want one.
Item 9 Multi-Purpose Solar Charger: Work outside longer in the summer with this powerful charging system. Output is 19v, 13~16.8v, 13v & 9v @3.5A and 5V@1A power. Power capacity is provided by a 12,000mAh ~ 3.7v battery array. Battery life is around 500 recharges. It comes with a wide array of notebook adaptors, as well as Nokia, mini-USB, LG, Samsung, and Sony Ericsson. There is even a surge protector and built in light.
Item 8 Logitech Wave Keyboard Pro: Comfort is key with this keyboard and mouse combo. Settle up to 33 feet from your computer—the 2.4 Ghz wireless has almost no delay or signal loss, and 128-bit encryption to boot. The curve of the board, the palm rest, even angled keys are all designed for maximum comfort. The mouse works up to two months on one charge and the keyboard lasts up to three years on battery power. Keyboard height is fully adjustable.
Item 7 Logitech Quick Camera Pro 9000: Zeiss lens and RightLight technology make this camera a winner, especially at low light levels. Resolution goes as high as 1600x1200 on the two mega-pixel sensor. The stand works well with laptops and desktops, but the software is not Mac compatible.
Item 6 Psyko Audio Labs 5.1 Surround Sound headset: Psyko has figured out how to get a room of 5.1 surround sound speakers into a headset. The sound wave guide is actually built into the headband, so game sounds that come from behind for instance do just that. Pivoting ear vents keep your ears cool and allow you to talk and hear without taking them off. There is no signal processing, just clever speaker placement.
Item 5 Parrot DS1120 wireless hi-fi speaker system: Okay, they are not entirely wireless. The active 30-watt amplifier requires power to each one of the speakers, but they are linked together and to their source by bluetooth. Audio quality is good up to 30 feet from PCs, phones, iPods or anything with A2DP profile. There is even a 3.5 mm cable input for older devices.
Item 4 Wacom Intuos4 Professional Pen Tablet: Mice are just not enough for some digital designers and artists. The express keys on the Intuos4 have programmable LCDs, so you know exactly what they do after you set them. The stylus base holds all the tiny spare pen nibs till you need them. There is a backup USB port incase you wear one out. While not cheap, it certainly takes Autodesk AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator to the next level.
Item 3 Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital Edition: If two monitors on your PC is not enough, the TH2Go is for you. Equipped with both VGA and digital inputs, it can be connected to laptops or desktops. The unit is powered by a USB bus, and the included software tricks Windows into thinking it has one ultra wide monitor. Finally, a computer desktop that is wider than the desk it sits on. And after everyone’s gone home and it’s just you alone in the office, it won’t hurt the gaming experience either.
Item 2 Evoluent VerticalMouse 3: Remember the horrible round mice that came with Apples a few years back? Evoluent’s mouse is the opposite. This odd-looking tall mouse keeps the arm in a neutral side position, the buttons are in nearly the identical position as a flat mouse—but in the “handshake” position. There is even a pinky fender on the bottom. The only drawback is it’s for Windows users only.
Item 1 Samsung P2370L LED monitor: One has to see the new Samsung to really appreciate it. The 23-inch screen is slightly thicker than a half inch. Its image is 1080p full HD and the backlight LEDs use 30% less energy than conventional monitors, last longer and have better contrast and color. While it doesn’t have a built-in webcam or speakers, it does cost less than half as much as an Apple Studio Display of the same resolution.
